Alpha Chef strives to deliver its product quickly and in a timely manner.

• We provide free shipping for all $35.00 or more orders via USPS first class or priority mail OR UPS Ground. We charge a flat rate $3.99 for all orders under $35.00.
• You can cancel any order within the same day.
• We will process your order the same day or within 24 hrs for all orders received Monday-Friday.
• We will ship your item within 1 week.
• If the order received falls on US national holiday, we will process your order on the next business day.
• Each package has a tracking number so you can check on the progress of the shipment

USPS may have noticeable delays during holidays and due to increased demand during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please contact us if there is any issue with the shipment and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Return Policy

Alpha Chef guarantees 100% satisfaction for you and your beloved pets. You may return any product you purchased directly through this website within 30 days from your purchase date. 

Please submit a return request by emailing hello@myalphachef.com and please include the purchase order number and the reason you are returning the product. We will respond to the email within 24 hours. After your request has been received and approved, we will issue the return and any additional instructions.

Return Merchant Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition. We only accept untampered, unopened, and unused products. 

Damaged or Defective Products

Please notify us within 10 days from your purchase date if you received damaged or defective products. We will also accept returns of these products or a replacement. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the full amount, less shipping and restocking fees. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method upon agreement.

In case of your pet(s) do not like and/or refuse to eat our product, you may notify us by sending us an email to hello@myalphachef.com. We will on a full or partial refund. The money back guarantee policy only valid if you purchase the product through www.myalphachef.com, though since we strive for the best customer service, we will adhere to this policy when you purchase from us elsewhere.
